- 1 / 5By Denver KI tried ordering online to see what it was all about. placed my order for a steak and cheese footlong. I waited 15 minutes and drove to the store. There were customers being helped when I arrived. I got in line to pick up my sub, but it wasnt ready yet.They continued to help the customers that kept coming in, treating my order as low priority. Finally they made my sandwich, which I didnt want toasted. Normally they heat the meat up because it a STEAK sandwich. Not today. They put cold steak in the sandwich, topped it with cheese and continued making the sandwich. The person making the sandwich put 2 tons of lettuce in the sandwich and then couldnt close it when she was done. She scraped a bunch of my toppings and sauce into the trash so she could close the sub. Thanks for the crappy cold steak and lettuce sub.June 09, 2016
